A little more clarity

Good questions.

What is the difference between Norberg and Glory Edition?

Norberg Edition is the core range. Glory Edition adds a different specification of action components, hammers, soundboard and cabinet details. The exact differences depend on whether you choose a vertical or grand. Use our specification comparison to see them side by side.

Which pianos can have a Glory Edition specification?

Every standard grand model can be upgraded. The vertical range can also be upgraded, with the exception of the TS-110. Special editions belong to the Glory Edition collection.

Can I choose a custom colour or wood finish?

The published catalogue offers custom colours and wood finishes for grands, including individual orders. The published minimum for custom Glory Edition vertical finishes is five instruments; Mozart and Crystal LED vertical plates specify ten. TS-110 cherry and walnut satin finishes are published for five or more instruments. Ask us for current terms.

What size piano will suit my room?

Our standard grands range from 5 feet to 6 feet 1 inch, with larger Glory Edition instruments up to concert size. Verticals are another option when floor space is limited. Tell us about the room, its dimensions and how you play, and we can help narrow the choices.

Where are Norberg pianos made?

Norberg pianos are assembled in Shanghai, China. The line combines Norberg scale designs and piano manufacturing experience with selected components from Germany, Austria and the United States. Components differ by model and edition.

How do I get a price or check availability?

Contact our Canadian office or United States team with the model, preferred finish and delivery destination. We will confirm the current specification, availability, order quantities and quotation.

How can I become a Norberg dealer?

Use the dealer inquiry option on our contact page. Include your business name, location, website and the instruments you are interested in representing. Our sales team can discuss the next steps.
